01 General Provisions

bdk9 (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we" or "the Company") is an online casino and betting platform operated for players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and bdk9.

These Terms apply to all services, games, promotions, software and all content on the bdk9 website. Our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy are also considered an integral part of these Terms.

bdk9 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after amended Terms are published will be taken to mean that you have accepted the new Terms.

1.1 Definitions

• "Balance" — The amount of funds deposited or won in your account.

02 Account Registration

Registering a personal account is required to access the full range of services on the bdk9 platform. All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate and complete.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Each individual may open only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, those accounts will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.
• The name, date of birth, mobile number and payment method provided at registration must all belong to the same individual.
• Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. Giving any other person access to your account is prohibited.
• Transferring, selling or auctioning an account to a third party is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

bdk9 may request documents required for Know Your Customer verification at any time. A copy of a national identity card, passport or driving licence may need to be submitted. Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended until verification is complete.

03 Age Restrictions

The bdk9 platform is for persons aged 21 and above only. Account registration or use of the platform by any person under age is strictly prohibited.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Funds can be deposited on bdk9 using the following payment methods:

Deposited funds may only be used for legitimate gaming purposes. Use for money laundering or any other illegal purpose is strictly prohibited and if such activity is suspected the account will be suspended pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, for a first withdrawal or a large amount, additional time may be needed to complete identity verification.

• If there is an active bonus on the account at the time of withdrawal, the wagering requirement must be met first.
• The same individual may withdraw via multiple methods, however proof of account ownership is required.
• bdk9 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals if any unusual activity is detected.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on bdk9 will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times (20x).

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A player may receive the welcome bonus only once.
• Bonuses must generally be used within a specified period, which will be stated in the bonus offer.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly; it becomes withdrawable only after the wagering requirement has been met.
• bdk9 reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If misuse of a bonus is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.

5.3 VIP Program

The bdk9 VIP program has three tiers. You can advance to a higher tier through regular play:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.2%

Cashback will be credited to your account automatically every Monday morning.

06 Betting and Gaming Rules

bdk9 offers various categories of games including cricket betting, slots, poker and money wheel. Each game has its own rules which can be found in that game's interface.

6.1 General Betting Rules

• A bet that has been confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game is incomplete due to a technical error, that round will be considered void and the staked amount will be returned.
• Attempting to arbitrage by placing bets on different outcomes of the same event simultaneously is prohibited.
• bdk9 uses Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair play.

6.2 Cricket and Sports Betting

• A bet may be cancelled before a match starts, but cannot be cancelled once the match has begun.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with bdk9's own policy.
• Major cricket tournaments including BPL, IPL and the T20 World Cup will always be available.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdk9 platform:

1. Any form of fraud, deception or criminal activity.
2. Operating games using bots, automated software or artificial intelligence.
3. Operating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address or payment method.
4. Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to the platform's software or systems.
5. Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
6. Misuse of the bonus system or bonus arbitrage.
7. Conducting transactions using a third party's account.
8. Harassing, threatening or insulting other users.

If any of the above activities are detected, bdk9 reserves the right to immediately close the account, forfeit all balances and take legal action where necessary.

08 Account Closure

8.1 Closure at the User's Request

You may request closure of your account at any time via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. If there is an active bonus at the time of the closure request, it will be cancelled. You may apply to withdraw any remaining real money balance.

8.2 Closure at bdk9's Initiative

bdk9 may unilaterally close an account in the following circumstances:

• Serious breach of the terms and conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Evidence of bonus misuse or fraud.
• Non-cooperation with identity verification.
• Extended period of inactivity (12 months or more).

8.3 Self-Exclusion

09 Limitation of Liability

bdk9 makes every effort to ensure maximum security and stability on the platform. However, bdk9 will not be held responsible for the following:

• A game being incomplete due to an internet connection failure.
• Any issues caused by your device or network.
• Delays or errors in third-party payment processing.
• Natural disasters, cyber attacks or other uncontrollable circumstances.
• Personal financial losses arising from gambling.

If an incorrect amount is won due to any technical error, bdk9 reserves the right to correct that amount, and even if that amount has been withdrawn before the correction it may be recovered subsequently.

10 Privacy
